1. Who We Are

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FedPlanPro.com (our marketing site) and FedPlan.Pro (our software site), both operated by VINJONES, LLC, a Washington State company.

By using our websites or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use our sites.

2. What We Do

FedPlanPro is a digital tool for retirement planning. It provides general educational reports based on data you enter. It is not affiliated with the U.S. federal government and does not guarantee future earnings or losses.

3. Accounts and Access

You must create an account to use our software. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything done through your account. We may suspend or close your account if you misuse the system, fail to pay, or violate these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are handled by Stripe. We don’t store your payment information.
All fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, your subscription will stay active until the end of your current term.

5. User Data and Content

You control the information you input. We use it only to generate your retirement reports. We don’t share your data with third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, reports, and materials on our sites belong to VINJONES, LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the system.

7. No Professional or Financial Advice

The reports and tools are for planning purposes only. They are not personalized investment, tax, or legal advice. Always confirm results with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Use the service at your own risk. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability.
VINJONES, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our sites or reports.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve it through arbitration in the State of Washington instead of going to court. Each side covers its own costs.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the sites means you accept the updated version.
